keepwhole.com is an informational site describing KEEP, a benefit-management offering of Cadence, LLC. It is not a patient portal and it does not deliver clinical care. No protected health information is collected or handled through this site. Any future clinical services or data arrangements would be governed by separate written agreements, including HIPAA and, where applicable, 42 CFR Part 2.
This site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with anyone.
The diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. Figures you enter — covered lives, spend, plan assumptions — are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to us or stored by us. Closing the page discards them.
If you use the on-page assistant, the messages you type are transmitted to our service infrastructure and an AI provider to generate replies, and may be retained so we can respond and improve the service. If you choose to share contact details for a follow-up, we store them for that purpose only. Please don't include personal health information in messages.
